Below is the form for our winter beef sale. Historically, beef prices are the lowest of the year during the winter months. Take advantage of the low prices and stock up your freezer! All items are sold in 10lb boxes and will be frozen. Pork sale to follow mid February to March.

Ground beef is 10x 1lb packages. All steaks are individually packaged cut at approx 1 inch to 1 1/4 inch. Fast Fry Steaks are 3-5/pkg approx 6-8 pkgs in a box. Stew beef is 10x 1lb packages. Roasts are 2-3 roasts per box equalling a total weight of 10lbs. Due to the quantity of the boxes we sell in this sale we can not make changes and all boxes are standard.

Please Note

Orders will be fulfilled on a first submitted first served basis. We can not guarantee a pickup date from ordering and will call you when your order is ready to be picked up. We will be accepting orders for the month of January and will start making calls and completing orders by January 29th. 

Because the prices are already as low as we can possibly make them, you can not collect or redeem rewards points with this sale.

While we raise as much beef as we can on our own farm we currently can not keep up with the demand of our store. The beef for the winter sale is purchased from a trusted Ontario processing facility. The meat is grain finished, all Ontario, and is graded AA or higher.​
