Our Chicken
All of our chicken is raised right here on our farm in our Rova barn, where animal care and quality come first. They are pasture-raised, hormone- and antibiotic-free, and given plenty of space to grow naturally over an 8-week cycle. Once ready, they’re processed at a licensed facility, then brought back to our store for careful butchering and packaging. From our farm to your table—fresh, local, and responsibly raised.
Once our meat is butchered and packaged, we will have it fresh in the fridge for 1 week before transferring everything to the freezer to ensure it stays fresh.
