
Our Beef
Our beef is Angus cross, with majority of it raised on our farm in Palgrave. We’re proud to raise our cattle naturally, without added hormones and like all beef in Canada, it’s antibiotic free, too.
During the summer months, they enjoy grazing freely on fresh pasture, while year-round they’re fed a balanced diet of nutritious grains and grasses to ensure healthy, well-marbled beef.
To keep up with demand, we can’t raise it all ourselves. What we raise goes into the store but additional beef comes from our extended family in Palmerston and a farm in Drayton, to ensure we can provide delicious, local beef for everyone.
Once our beef is ready, it’s processed at a trusted, licensed facility and then brought back to the farm, frozen and packed with flavour.

Beef Butcher Box
Our 1/8 butcher box contains many of the popular cuts that you would find in our store. This box is a bit smaller then the custom quarters if you still want to stock up on meat but have less freezer space.
