🥩 Where does all the meat come from?

We raise our own beef and chicken on our farm here in Caledon. With all the demand, we get additional beef from a relatives farm in Palmerton. The pork is locally sourced from a farm in Aurthur, and the lamb comes from the butchers, Jason, brother in law. The fish is from Springhill farms. 
 

🐄 Is it grass-fed beef?

We feed our cattle a balanced diet of grass and grain to ensure optimal health and energy.

🥚 Where do the eggs come from?

The eggs are locally sourced from a farm in newmarket and are free run

🥛 What’s A2 milk?

A2 milk comes from cows that naturally produce only the A2 protein (instead of A1 & A2). Many people find it easier to digest compared to regular milk.

🥕 Do you grow all the veggies?

No. We grow garlic, garlic scapes, zuchinni, potatoes, a variety of squashes, and sweet corn. Of course we can't grow it all, but all our produce is Ontario grown by trusted farmers.

🐂 How can I order an animal (¼, ½, or whole)?

🔪 Can I get customized cuts?

Yes! When you order a quarter, half, or whole animal, we work with you and the butcher to customize the cuts to your preference.

🐓 How are the chickens raised?

Our chickens are raised on pasture in a rova barn that allows them to have free access to pasture, bugs, worms, and all the good stuff! Their diet is supplemented with grain and they have water at all times!

🍯 What is raw honey?

Raw honey is honey that hasn’t been heated or heavily processed. It keeps all the natural enzymes, pollens, and nutrients intact just as the bees made it. All our honey is raw and unpasturized!
