Our Fish

The Springhills Family raises Arctic char, coho salmon, and rainbow trout at their eco-friendly fish farm in Grey County and Manitoulin Island, Ontario. With the help of Canadian fishers, they expanded their variety to wild-caught pickerel, smoked trout, and nuggets!
