Lamb

​Our lamb is locally raised on a farm in Elmira by Jason’s (the butcher) brother-in-law, without the use of hormones or antibiotics. It’s processed at a licensed facility and then brought to us for expert butchering in-store. Fresh, flavourful, and sourced from people we know and trust
